Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 500 € excluding goods.

What are the delivery times?

The goods travel with our courier U.P.S. in standard shipping for Italy and Europe, and expedited with other countries.
Standard service provides delivery within 2 working days for Italy and for Europe in four days, the expedited service delivery in approximately 5 working days. The U. P.S. provides a tracking service with which you can know at all times where the package online at www.ups.com or toll free at 800 877 877.

What are the shipping costs?
Will be invoiced at cost, approximately refer to the following scheme:
Europe for a pack of 10 kg costs about 30 euro
for the U.S.A. a pack of 10 kg costs about 80 euro
Japan for a pack of 10 kg costs about 100 euro

We are very happy to meet you in our office in Murano.
Take the shuttle from the airport or from Piazzale Roma and get off at the Glass Museum, we are 10 meters on the right.
