How can I get your catalog?
You can download the PDF format directly online at the following link "our products-shop on line" of the desired category after registering Or you can request the cd-rom by e-mail at info@tommasi.it The two paper catalogues "Glass Poems" and "Glass Jewels" are also available on your explicit request. Don't forget to provide us with your postal address!
How can I see the prices?
Prices are displayed next to each individual product. Prices are unitary, to the public and are expressed in euros. To order, simply proceed to order by clicking on the shopping cart. You can write your preferences (e.g. ring size) in the notes field before proceeding with the purchase. For resellers, prices are listed at the end of the PDF catalog. To order, simply fill out the attached order form and send it by email to info@tommasi.it
Are there any discounts for retailers?
Of course, register as a reseller and request the discounts reserved for you.

Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 500 euros net goods (excluding taxes and shipping costs)
If the minimum order is 6 pieces, is the price per unit or for six pieces?
The prices that are displayed are always unitary.
What are the delivery times?
Usually delivery takes place within 15-30 days, if you need faster delivery ask the sales office for confirmation.
How does the goods travel?
The goods travel with our courier U.P.S. in standard shipping to Italy and Europe and expedited/express with other countries. The standard service provides delivery in 2 working days for Italy and 4 days for Europe, the expedited service delivers in about 5 working days. The U.P.S. provides a tracking service with which you can know where the package is at any time, online at the www.ups.com or with the toll-free number available on the www.ups.com website.
How much does shipping cost?
For Italy:
If the minimum order of 500 euros is respected, the cost is 20 euros flat rate for reimbursement of expenses, up to a maximum weight of 10 kg. The cost of shipping with cash on delivery is 25 euros.
For abroad:
They are charged on the invoice at cost, indicatively refer to the following scheme:
for Europe a 5 kg package costs about 30 euros
for the U.S.A. a 5 kg package costs about 60 euros
for Japan a 5 kg package costs about 100 euros
Rates are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the package (whichever is greater). If you want, you can also have the goods travel with your trusted courier, at your expense and at your own risk.
Are the goods insured?
No, calculating the case history of claims it is not convenient for us to insure it with our courier. In the event that the package is lost or arrives damaged, you can ask for replacements to be sent directly to the Tommasi e figli company.
What should I do in the event of breakages in transport?
The goods travel well packaged and we have a long experience of shipping all over the world, so cases of breakage are rare but given the fragile nature of the items, this can always happen.
In this case, you must kindly notify the company immediately by e-mail or fax indicating the nature and extent of the damage.
Damaged parts must be kept at the disposal of the company which can request their return until otherwise provided.

Can I visit you in Murano?
We are very pleased to meet you at our headquarters in Murano. Take the shuttle from the airport or from Piazzale Roma and get off at the Museo Vetrario stop, we are 10 meters on the right. You will be able to admire our masters at work and touch our items. Our opening hours to the public are from 08.00 to 16.00 from Monday to Friday. In August and during the Christmas period we are closed for holidays.
Can I resell your products on the internet?
If you are interested in selling our products on your site, please send us an enquiry with a detailed description of your company and the address of your site. If we deem it suitable for quality and content to host our products, we will give you the license to do so and to use our brand, as well as all the necessary technical support with images, banners, etc.
I am a private individual, how can I buy your products?
If you can't find a dealer in your area, you can order directly online by clicking on the items in the catalog.
